The balance can be paid online a few days before the tour, or in cash to your personal driver guide during the tour.

 

 

Terms and Conditions:

The price quoted is the total tour price for up to six passengers.

All tour prices include:

• Transport in a minivan
• Private driver guide service

• Parking
• On board bottled water
• All taxes
• Insurance

 

All tour prices exclude:

• Admission fees to attractions (for incurring admission fees, please see tour details)
• Meals and snacks
• In multiple day tours: possible cost for accommodation
• Price for possible extra hours (only charged in case YOU wish to extend a tour - no extra hours charged for delays due to traffic jams, bad weather conditions or similar reasons). Price per requested extra hour: € 115.00

 

Bookings and Payment:

Bookings can be made online or by e-mail. Once your booking details have been confirmed, a deposit of € 250.00 is due within 48 hours. The deposit can be paid online by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

The balance can be paid online at least 24 hours before the tour, or during the tour to your private driver-guide (please understand that in this case we can only accept payments in cash).

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations by the traveler:
Cancellations have to be made by email. The cancellation fees are determined by the date the cancellation is received by Munique Tours as follows:

• Cancellation received more than 30 days before the tour date and all cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation: € 40 service charge + incurring bank charges and possible exchange rate losses.
• Cancellation received 30 days or less before the tour date: € 250
• Cancellation received 7 days or less before the tour date: 80% of the full tour price.

You are encouraged to obtain cancellation insurance. In certain circumstances, this will cover the cost of cancellation. To compare different insurance companies, you may find the following page helpful: www.QuoteWright.com.

In case you are likely to be delayed for the start time of the tour, please inform me immediately by phone, SMS or WhatsApp. I will try to adapt the tour to a different schedule. It might be impossible to reschedule certain elements like tours inside Neuschwanstein or other attractions that require a prior reservation - particularly during high season. The ending time of the tour cannot usually be changed. The entire cost of the tour has to be paid.

Cancellations by mUnique Tours:
If the assigned driver guide cannot deliver a booked tour due to serious circumstances, we will make every effort to find a suitable substitute or offer you a different date. If both alternatives do not work for you, the full amount paid will be refunded.
mUnique Tours takes no responsibility for any expenses or consequential losses as a result of the cancelled booking such as non-refundable flight or other travel costs, loss of earnings, loss of enjoyment, etc. The liability of mUnique Tours for cancelled services is limited to the amount paid by the traveler.
